The kinds of personal information that we collect and hold about you will depend on your specific relationship with us, and may include but is not limited to name, email address, postal address, your image, personal identification (such as driver’s licence or passport), telephone number, and credit card details.

We may also collect additional personal information, including but not limited to: the information or data we collect from third parties that help us deliver Services or content; or when you make an enquiry, give us feedback, change your email preferences, use https://www.thegrovequindalup.com.au/ or interact with us in any way; or when you receive our Services, including staying at our accommodation.

When processing bookings, some of your data may be passed to Uplisting, including information required to process or support the booking, such as your name, email address, postal address, personal identification (such as driver’s licence or passport) and telephone number.

 

Our website is hosted by WIX. When using our website, some of your data may be passed to WIX, including personal details such as name, address, email address and billing details.

 

If we are sold, acquired, or involved in a merger, your personal information may be transferred to a third party.
